Howdy! And welcome to Holly’s Cooking Problem.

This month I can be making Beef Stroganoff and I hope you be part of me!

After you make your model of my Simple Beef Stroganoff (bear in mind, any variation is okay!), ship an image of your creation to cookingchallenge@spendwithpennies.com.

1. Make the recipe of the month (or a variation of it!).
2. Snap a photograph of your creation.
3. E mail images to cookingchallenge@spendwithpennies.com by the final day of the month at 11:59 PM PST for an opportunity to win a $100 Amazon present card.
